Our Inbound Sales Exec’s are integral to our mission: get companies working better by eating together. We need someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and is excited by the prospect of getting to collaborate with London's coolest teams. And what better way to do it than over a shared love of food? We promise to make our customers’ lives easier, and it’s your job to make sure that we deliver on that promise – we care deeply about the service we provide, and as a Sales Exec you with be speaking to the widest range of City Pantry customers.
Working with us as our Inbound Sales Executive, you will
Build and maintain existing relationships with a group 100+ of our customers
Grow and up-sell your accounts
Nurture inbound leads from the sales team, online chat and other channels to place their first, of many orders.
Communicate customer feedback to the operations, tech and vendor teams to ensure that we keep on improving the service and product to add value to our customers
Make quick decisions and solve problems on behalf of the customer, all while keeping a cool head
Help identify new business opportunities, working with the Head of Retention to adapt & refine our tactical & strategic approaches.
Work with the Inbound Sales team to plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales activities.

Experience in sales, preferably to corporate clients or in customer experience.
An ability to quickly build rapport and develop long term relationships
The hunger to strive for the exceptional and remarkable and make sure that every opportunity is seized.
Hunger for success, while getting a kick out of smashing targets.
The ability to get stuff done, consistently and smartly - things move fast so you’ll need to work hard in the smartest way possible.
